Healthcare Budgeting

Abstract: This 5 page paper is based on a case study supplied by the student. Several areas of expenditure identified within management accounts, with the actual spending compared the budget spending, presented some speculation regarding possible reasons for the variance. The second part of the paper considers potential benchmarks which may be utilized in order to increase the accuracy of future forecasting. The bibliography cites 3 sources.
