Are the BRIC Nations The Most Attractive Destinations for FDI

Abstract: This 12 page paper looks at the potential of the BRIC nations; Brazil, Russia, India and China to assess their potential as a destination for foreign direct investment. The countries are compared to other nations with potential such as Poland, Vietnam, Mexico and South Africa. The general potential of the countries is considered and the specific attractions to FDI are then assessed using Dunnings OLI Paradigm. The bibliography cites 13 sources.
