Guillerno Furniture WACC and NPV

Abstract: This 7 page paper is a case study based on a case study provided by the student. Case requires an assessment of alternative strategies to be assessed using a net present value calculation. The paper starts but calculating weighted average cost of capital for the company, which is used as the discount rate in the net present value calculation. The net present value calculation for the two scenarios is then calculated, they are compared to each other, and to the existing scenario. The paper ends with a recommendation.
