Conflict Types And Resolution Models

Abstract: A 16 page paper. The first step in learning how to resolve conflict is gaining knowledge about the types of conflict. After we have knowledge about the types of conflict, we need to gain knowledge about different modes of responding to conflict situations. We also need to know what our own tendencies are when dealing with conflict issues. These are the topics of discussion in this paper. There is an emphasis on the avoidance response to conflict and a cited Internet link for a self-assessment questionnaire. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
