U.S. Foreign Aid in a Changing World

Abstract: 19 pages in length. Primarily discussed is the changing role of foreign aid in promoting U.S. national interests. It is understood that post-Communist emerging markets and new political ideologies are presenting cause to change our traditional views regarding foreign assistance. A plan is described for the re-allocation of funds based upon relevant statistics, trends, and events cited in the research. Bibliography lists 10 sources.
