Employment Relations in Japan

Abstract: Japan has always had the reputation of low unemployment rates, even to the point of 'full employment'. One of the main reasons for the low rate has been the tradition of lifetime employment and the concurrent levels of loyalty that were to be found as a result. This 2 page paper explores the basic tenets of the worker and management relations in Japan.
