Assessment of British Airways 2005

Abstract: This 11 page paper assesses British Airways. Written in three parts the first and longest section looks at the performance of the company between 2005 and 2008 from a number of perspectives, including market position, financial performance and customer satisfaction. The second part of the paper assesses a potential business only flight service which could be offered by BA and the last part of the paper discusses the way that NA may be able to compete in the future and assesses potential of the firm to remain a global player.
