Zauner Ornaments Costing Case Study

Abstract: This 8 page paper looks at a case study supplied by the student and answers 4 questions. The first identified activity based costing as the best method to assess costs on different product lines. The second undertakes activity based costing (ABC) calculations for three product lines. The third part of the paper considers what the different calculation tell the student about different forms of costing, and the last part of the paper suggests some changes in the pricing strategy of the company.
