The first part examines the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR), defining what it is and how it can be assessed and then looks at the way it manifests in an example organizations; Qantas. The second part of the paper loos at the use of energy management in business and the way the logistics and energy use in traffic management is found in different organizations.
