The Effect of TV Violence on Young People

Abstract: This 3 page paper discusses the effect of TV violence on young people, and concludes that among other things, TV violence makes children aggressive, fearful, and inclined to see the world as either black or white, making it easy to justify violence as a way to solve problems. They are thus totally unequipped to deal with life as it really is, and they are surprised when they find that violence is not always the appropriate response. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
