Just as the proverbs of Jesus recorded in the New Testament convey poignant, complex messages about human relationships with just a few words and images, so also does this philosophically complex book convey insightful truths about human behavior within a deceptively simple narrative. The narrative structure concerns the orientation process of a large corporation for all its new managers. This process is geared towards preserving the positive corporate climate by making sure all new managers accept, believe and understand the principles that are behind this corporate culture.
