Effects Of Corporate Diversity

Abstract: A 5 page paper. The value of having a diverse workforce is a point of debate and has been for many years. One of the problems is that many still equate 'diversity' with 'affirmative action' but diversity is actually much broader. One CEO said: "diversity is accepting differences in the way we do things, not just differences in the way we look or where we've come from." This is much closer to the real meaning of a diverse workforce in today's global economy. The writer discusses the debate and the effects of diversity, as reported by some companies.
