Online Coverage Of A News Story: Comparison

Abstract: 3 pages in length. Bias exists everywhere that media coverage is present, inasmuch as mass media are comprised of individuals who harbor personal agendas, preconceived notions and erroneous facts. The extent to which online coverage of news stories has become a significant source of global exposure is both grand and far-reaching; that any two given Web sites can report on the same story but have two entirely different perspectives speaks to the very nature of how the site is a direct reflection of those who operate it.
