Developing the Care+ Budget

Abstract: A 4 page paper providing an overview of the costs and project plan for implementing the Care+ case management system. The system will require purchasing additional servers and software, and training 12 users. Existing data will be converted to the format of the new software, significantly increasing the cost of the project but ensuring that it will be useful for several years. The paper's tables provide labor costs, direct and indirect costs; an estimate of the total cost of the project; and a work breakdown structure. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
