School Finance Article Reviews

Abstract: A 5 page paper summarizing articles addressing school choice, charter schools and transferring public funds to private schools. It is clear that schools will need to arrive at workable means of honestly assessing students' achievement levels. Achievement testing has been the subject of controversy for years; as it costs increasing numbers of districts access to federal funds it is likely to being scrutinized even more closely.
