Abstract: This 5 page report discusses a plan directed toward Allen Karp, Chairman and CEO of Cineplex , regarding the potential for growth and maintaining profitability of the Cineplex Odeon movie theaters in North America. The original idea of maintaining the successful multiplex concept of shared facilities rather than constant bricks-and-mortar investment was developed by Cineplex pioneers and is still viable and still popular with the general public. Other possibilities should be explored and the company should continue to slowly but significantly repay corporate debt incurred during its high-flying entrepreneur days.No bibliography.
