National Security Emergencies

Abstract: A 5 page paper discussing potential threats to national security through computer-related espionage, the ease with which computer hackers can invade both corporate and governmental computer systems, and how willing American business would be to aid the government during times of national security emergencies by helping to develop technologies to counteract such security breaches.
