The Theatre Case Study; Negotiating a Budget

Abstract: The 3 page paper is based on a case study provided by the student. A non profit making theatre group have a problem with the budget and the board cannot agree on a new budget. This paper considers how the board chairperson can try and gain agreement between the accounting and non accounting staff by looking at this from the non accounting perspective in order to reach a compromise.
