The Footwear Industry

Abstract: This 20 page paper provides an overview of the footwear industry and addresses such issues as corporate culture as well as industry practices. An evaluation of the various companies, and where they stand in the industry, is contained in several sections throughout the paper. References to the importance of the industry trade show is included as is the effect of globalization and ethical issues which have plagued the manufacturing industries. Nike and Reebok are highlighted and much detailed information about these companies are provided. Bibliography lists 20 sources.
