Abstract: The television and newspaper coverage of Operation Desert Storm, during the Gulf War, was hampered by the limitations set by the US military and influenced by the Bush Administration's media campaign. As a result, the coverage seen by the American public was biased and confined to the military viewpoint. This 6 page paper examines this thesis from the viewpoint of media correspondents at the scene. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
