Investment Basics

Abstract: A 3 page paper discussing many of the different types of investments available to the astute investor and what he should look for when making his investment choices. Briefly discussed are stocks, bonds, mutual funds and various savings arrangements linked to investments (certificates of deposit and money market funds), the benefits and disadvantages of each. Also discussed is how the overall state of the economy can affect specific types of stocks. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
