Abstract: A 3 page paper discussing some of the benefits of globalization and the dynamic effects that multinational organizations can have on a host country. Of course there can be detriments, but higher-plane organizations strive for bringing a higher standard of living to the communities in which they operate and adhere to increasing standards of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
