Abstract: A 4 page overview of the numerous impacts the airline industry sustained in the wake of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the U.S. Despite the many negative impacts, the airline industry not only survived it ultimately overcame the economic impacts and instituted safety changes which will serve to benefit it well into the future.
