Abstract: An 8 page research paper that examines Brahms' Piano Quintet in F minor (Opus 34) and Dvorak's Piano Quintet in A major (Opus 81), which are two exemplary examples of chamber music, in which listeners hear a classical musical form interpreted along romantic lines.
