Child Abuse: An Argument for the Termination of Parental Rights

Abstract: An 8 page review of the problem of child abuse. The author contends that while parents should be provided with the appropriate interventions to allow them to remedy the problems behind the abuse, there is a place where we must draw the line regarding parental rights. If the philosophy "three times and you're out" is appropriate in any situation, it is appropriate in repeated cases of child abuse. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
