Bias in U.S. Immigration Policy?

Abstract: A 5 page overview of U.S. immigration policy and law. The author argues that while this is some obvious bias, immigration law is a needed component of American society. Some means must be in place to insure that immigrants will become productive members of our society rather than an economic and social drain. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
