Abstract: This 10 page paper relies on a case study of an organization submitted by a student. In the analysis, systems theory is used. Corporate culture is discussed as well. The change involved in the case study is related to the integration of systems. How it may be accomplished, what obstacles are expected and cost factors are all discussed.
