The Effectiveness Of Participatory Management vs. Autocracy

Abstract: An 11 page paper arguing that participatory management is superior to autocracy. The autocrats, the "dictators" of the corporate world, are certain without doubt that participatory management not only does not work, but that there is no possible way it can. Research and experience with participatory management shows that employees who are treated like thinking, functioning adults will respond in kind, enhancing their commitment to their company and increasing their company's competitive advantage.
