Abstract: This 4 page paper looks at a case where a business owner believes he is being over charged for stock and his manger is being given back handers to allow the price increases. The paper starts by examining the managers finances, looking at income, expenditure, assets and liabilities to determine if there is any unexplained income. The paper then consider other possible solutions to the situation. All calculations are shown. The bibliography cites 2 sources.
