Productivity / Where Is It Going & Why?

Abstract: A 9 page paper examining not only the increased productivity levels at both individual and corporate levels, but also the reasons behind its growth. The term "productivity" applies to the national economy as well as to the individual and the corporation. That link is discussed in the paper, but the primary focus is the increased productivity that in many ways can be traced to the trend of management style shift from autocratic leadership to a more democratic one.
