Abstract: This 9 page paper looks at the possibility. It first examines other histories with an emphasis on New York City in order to determine the best course of action for city planners. Several variables are considered including population and the weather, and a recommendation is made to go ahead with the project. The paper argues that a subway will enhance mobility and accessibility for the population. It would also attract tourists and more residents. Bibliography lists 10 sources.
