Abstract: This 18 page paper examined the Hammersmith and Fulham Primary Care Trust located in central London. The PCT has a wide diversity of potential patients and a rising demand for services as well as severe financial and staffing constraints. This paper examines the PCT by conducting a SWOT analysis looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and then a PESTLE analysis, examining the political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental influences. Following this the paper makes some recommendation. The bibliography cites 8 sources.
