Abstract: This 3 page paper uses a real life example to explain in clear terms, the relationship between supply and demand, The paper shows the student how prices will change and the different between a movement along and shift of the supply or demand curve. The example used is the beef cattle market when Canadian beef was banned from the US, decreasing the supply. The bibliography cites 3 sources.
