In Favor of a Juvenile Detention Facility in Laredo

Abstract: A 4 page paper arguing for the construction of a juvenile detention center in Laredo, Texas. The center would provide enough housing for a high number of offenders sentenced in the local area, and the local budget is such that the county and state together can deal with the cost of supporting detainees. The purpose here is to argue in favor of construction of the Youth Village in Laredo. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
