University Club

Abstract: A 6 page paper based on a shorter paper of the same name, but this time including a letter to investors who have expressed a desire to withdraw their investment in University Clubs. Investment structure and the manner that the couple came to be involved with the venture with far less than a minimum investment also restricts their ability to withdraw their funds directly. The letter explains this, and includes information of why University Clubs chose to delay its IPO beyond its anticipated debut. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
