Abstract: An 8 page research paper that examines examination of current research on the topic of coping/adjustment strategies in regards to stress, focusing specifically on two representatives studies, which demonstrate the role that research plays in revealing the best ways in which mental health professionals can intervene to aid individuals in developing successful coping skills to help them adjust to the levels of stress that affect their lives.
