Environmental Problems Associated With Groundwater

Abstract: 5 pages in length. The potential hazards to the nation's groundwater supply are both grand and far-reaching; from chemicals to human excrement to toxic pollutants, groundwater is at constant risk of contamination. One area in which contamination of groundwater supplies is considerably high is with garbage landfills, a necessity born out of manmade waste and an environmental nightmare if not properly monitored.
