Abstract: This 5 page paper provides an overview of five traditional and five nontraditional exercises. Each is discussed in terms of calorie burning as well as health benefits. Traditional exercises discussed are Running, Calisthenics, Swimming, Golf and Walking, and the nontraditional are Kickboxing, In-Line Skating, Stair Climbing, Tai Chi and Yoga.
