International Communication and the Mass Media

Abstract: This 16 page paper considers then importance of mass media and it role in international communication. The paper defines what is meant by international communication, its advantages disadvantages and the barriers that are in place. The second part of the paper then outlines the mass communications structure in France along with is similarities and differences with the US, the writer then consider the importance of studying the media in another country, the impact it may have and the flaws with using the media as an information source.
