Culture's Role in Organizational Behavior

Abstract: A 9 page paper discussing corporate culture. The purpose here is to review the manner in which upper management establishes and pursues the culture that it wishes to establish within the organization. If the decision and supporting actions are not deliberate, a negative culture can emerge. Because organizational culture is integral to organizational behavior, it is concept that needs to be assessed and formulated as a conscious effort. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
