Abstract: 5 pages in length. International students entering the USA from Turkey, Croatia, China, Japan and Indonesia are bound to encounter communication errors and barriers that address the significant cultural differences these students may face when relocating to an entirely different country. With English being one of the most difficult languages to learn because of its syntax, phonology and morphology, it is easy to see why students from these countries might have a troublesome time integrating both culturally and linguistically. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
