The Glass Ceiling for Women in Management

Abstract: 5 pages. There is a well-known phrase called the glass ceiling which means that women are normally only promoted to a certain height up the corporate ladder. While there may be some women higher up in management sometimes these are just 'token' positions so that corporate management cannot be accused of discrimination.
