That his company landed the deal of a lifetime that would ultimately "put them on the map" did not mean a thing to Henry, whose first and foremost concern was to produce a product of which he could be both proud and assured of its safety. Clearly, Henry's motivation for moving up the corporate ladder was not for money; rather, his interests lie within the ability to do a job and do it well
