Abstract: 5 pages in length. Achilles battled with his own sense of moral judgment, often choosing to ignore the inherent calls of a more peaceable existence, which he defiantly justified. Indeed, Achilles was one of -- if not the most -- notable of all Greek heroes, insofar as his was a reality riddled with war and strife.
