Massage Therapy

Abstract: A 10 page paper that offers a comprehensive overview of massage therapy beginning with an introduction and short history of this alternative treatment approach. Different massage techniques as well as models are described. Research studies, including data, are included that illustrate the benefits of massage. Also, the report of one patient who was injured as a result of deep tissue massage is reported. The paper begins with an Outline of the paper. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
