BUILDING BLOCKS TO BUDGETING

Abstract: This 7 page paper deals with the budgeting abilities of a nonprofit organization, the National Wildlife Federation and its regional/local offices. The way in which the NFWF distributes grants, matching funds, and the format for gaining revenues is discussed. Examples are given from ongoing grants and projects sponsored and supported by the NFWF. Finally, an analysis of the organizational goals and mission statements and overall efficiency are discussed. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
