This paper explores the options and develops methods of designing firm fixed contracts that are acceptable to both the customer and the supplier for Acme Crating, which gives Acme Crating more control of costs when these type of contracts are involved. Acme Crating seeks to better control costs and profits by finding better solutions and implementing them.
