Female Coaches May Be Detrimental to Male Sports Teams

Abstract: This 15 page paper provides a proposal for an experiment to prove the hypothesis, in addition to reviewing a great deal of research in the field. Literature pertinent to sports and gender relationships in general provide support for the thesis. Research which addresses female coaching specifically is also provided, inclusive of the psychological effects it has on the male. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
