The recent developments in human rights law have had a significant impact upon the United Kingdom's entertainment law industry with regard to breach of privacy, obscenity and censorship issues. The ever-evolving nature of human rights laws has given way to a redefining of just what it means to possess the very basis of justifiable claim when it comes to one's rights; in doing so, the United Kingdom's entertainment law industry has found it necessary to represent myriad angles of such redefinition within the boundaries of the Human Rights Act.
