Abstract: This 10 page paper looks at the paradigm of game theory. The paper explains what game theory is where and how it works and the effects that it may have on a companies decision making processes. To aid understanding the paper uses an example of two companies and the outcomes that may be seen in different scenarios and the reasoning behind the formation of cartel's.
